To inquire on more information or wish to join the WCE House of Victory, please submit the attached online form.  We will have one of our development specialists respond to you no later as soon as possible.   
 
Our Organization's commitment to you: 
 
The WCE House of Victory will always:
 
  1. WCE will prioritize the safety and health of our youth over game or training results/demands,
  2. WCE shall provide compitent experienced instructors, tutors, traininers, and coaches who are dedicated to the development of young players from an educational, physical and social aspect,
  3. WCE shall strive to always make ourselves reasonably available to the parents or youth to address their concerns or issues,
  4. WCE shall provide reasonable rates that are affordable to most every family financial means, and
  5. WCE will strive to provide the best appropriate level competition for the players development. 
 
Our Staff's commitment to you: 
 
WCE Tutors, Instructors, Coaches and Staff will always:
 
  1. Keep an open and frequent line of communications with the player's and parents,
  2. Will represent and take care of ALL on the field problems or issues with the other team, their fans, and all game officials,
  3. Strive to develop the physical and mental aspect of the game for the next level of competition, 
  4. Push the player(s) to develop to their fullest potential as a teammate, player, son or daughter, leader, and community citizen, and
  5. Lead by example and represent how this game is supposed to be played and respected.
   
Our expected commitment from you: 

WCE will expect you to:
 
  1. Read, understand and commit to our core values,
  2. Commit to communicating with your tutors, instructors, and coaches on issues or concerns before they become problems,
  3. Commit to the "Express Way" all the time on or off the field,
  4. Listen and do exactly what your coaches are saying or trying to teach you, and
  5. Work hard and always do your best. 
 
Our expected commitment from you the Parent: 

WCE will expect you the Parents to:
 
  1. Read, understand and commit to our core values,
  2. Be sure to have your player(s) to practice(s), lesson(s) or game(s) by the time tutors, instructors, and coaches have set, to ensure sufficient preparation time, 
  3. Commit to open and effective communication with the tutors, instructors, and coaches on all issues or concerns before they become problems,
  4. Be active in the youth's development and always ask questions of the staff when you want clarification,
  5. Be an active role model for your young player by understanding the importance of rooting and supporting in a positive manner and discourage negative actions, and
  6. Read and understand payment structure(s) and due timeframes, and there are any questions contact our coaches or WCE staff. 
 
Our program's success is measured by the development and growth of the player's from an educational, physical and social aspect and not game results.  Wins/losses on the field will take care of theirselves, as long as we work together for the greater good of the player and team.
 
ONCE A PLAYER HAS ACCEPTED A ROSTER POSITION ON A PROGRAM TEAM, PARENT'S WILL NEED TO PROVIDE EITHER A COPY OF THE PLAYER'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR A COPY OF THE PLAYER'S PASSPORT TO VALIDATE AGE. A COPY WILL BE MAINTAINED FOR THE PURPOSE OF AGE CERTIFICATION AT ALL TOURNAMENTS. SUBMITTAL MAY BE VIA EMAIL OR TURNED IN AT ANY SCHEDULED PRACTICE.
